Foxfield Names Kelsey Cox as New Executive Director

Foxfield Racing today announced the hiring of Kelsey Reinhard Cox as its new executive director. Cox assumes leadership of the organization as it builds off more than 40 years of tradition and history and continues to chart a new course following assuming management of the races last June. The property was placed in conservation easement in 2019 by Tom Dick and the Foxfield Racing Association.
