Foxfield offers a variety of entertainment and hospitality options to bring your friends, family, teams, donors, or clients together for a day of fun at the races. Spaces in the Chalet, South Hill, and Foxfield 500 are available to host your group.
Chalet and South Hill
Chalet
Chalet section is conveniently located in the infield. Offers an exclusive space with tent-side parking for guests.

South Hill
South Hill is on the southern outside part of the race track and offers an exclusive space with tent-side parking for guests.

Boxwoods Tent
The Boxwoods are a premier and exclusive viewing area between the Pink and Purple Section. As it was the site of the property’s former home, the space has iconic boxwoods protecting the backside of the enclosure from Garth Road, while overlooking the race track. The Boxwoods create a welcoming and protected enclosure with easy access for guests. This package includes equipment to accommodate up to 50 guests in a 30’ x 20’ tent. Catering, linens, and décor are arranged by the purchaser of the Boxwoods and are not included in this reservation.
Foxfield 500 Corporate Sponsorship and Hospitality
Foxfield 500 Corporate Hospitality space offers a unique and exclusive area to host clients, celebrate staff, and/or entertain family and friends. These large white iconic tents located on the finish line have the best viewing on the course, catering with Harvest Moon, exclusive entertaining opportunities, sponsorship opportunities, and much more.

Reserved Parking Space Tent
Save the hassle… contact the Foxfield Races office at least 7 days before the races to have your Virginia Tent Rental tent (10×10 for $200) set up in your reserved parking space.
All branded signage and tents are reserved for Foxfield sponsors, advertisers, or vendors.
Foxfield is now a 501(c) (3) Public Charity.
